Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and train all spa staff (estheticians, front desk, and support roles)

Oversee scheduling, time clock, and productivity metrics across 4 treatment rooms and 1 IV lounge

Implement and manage SOPs for service excellence, inventory, follow-up, and cleanliness

Drive monthly revenue goals, retail targets, and VIP membership growth

Monitor KPIs (rebook rate, revenue per room, service utilization, etc.)

Collaborate with the medical clinic for cross-selling opportunities

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching

Ensure compliance with Georgia Med Spa regulations and clinical guidelines

Coordinate monthly promotions, campaigns, and events with the marketing team

Maintain Boulevard software accuracy: scheduling, packages, inventory, reporting

Qualifications:

5+ years in medical spa, luxury spa, or clinic management

Strong knowledge of med spa services and products (Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling, Injectables, etc.)

Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead high-performing teams

Confident using systems like Boulevard, QuickBooks

Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure

Strong communication, diplomacy, and accountability skills

Familiarity with Georgia med spa compliance preferred
